HPA are the largest grower of hops in Australia. A brand refresh and complete website overhaul was required and in a quicker than normal timeframe. With tidy new branding, excellent wireframes and web layouts supplied by the team at Futago in Tasmania, HPA were keen to retain pixelshifter for web development services. The new responsive website was built with Elementor in WordPress, and in record time. Features of the new website include, feature home page “animate on scroll” sections with links to key areas, advanced employment application forms that collect data and send to google sheets, a much improved products section with product filtering and product detail pages along with a news and events blog, further information pages and an extensive contact page. The quick turn around was required in order to have the new website launched and ready to promote the “virtual harvest” – a series of videos that were released to share information to both brewers and beer lovers about hops and the beer making process. The videos were a great way to keep in touch with their audience during a time when on-site visits and tours were unable to be run due to the pandemic. All deadlines were met. Time for a beer.
